Introduction
Accessories are the details that turn an average look into a considered one. At Andre Tan you'll find belts, scarves, gloves, hair bands, jewellery and other accessories — coordinated with the clothing of the current collection.
A good base includes: one narrow and one wide leather belt (black and brown), a silk scarf for business, a long wool scarf for winter, a pair of leather gloves, two hair bands (narrow and wide), one simple gold and one simple silver jewellery set (earrings + necklace). These 8–10 pieces cover 80% of all occasions. Additional accessories (statement necklaces, patterned scarves, coloured gloves) are add-ons for specific looks.
Rule: no more than three metal accents in one look (earrings + ring + watch = three). Colour rule: all metal accessories should stay in one tone (all gold or all silver). With statement pieces (wide belt, bold necklace) reduce other accessories. For business we recommend narrow, classic forms; for casual you can use more colour and texture.
We choose our accessories to work with clothing from the current Andre Tan collection. Colours and patterns are coordinated by season. Metal parts are rust-resistant stainless steel or hypoallergenic nickel-free (for sensitive skin).
